Account help

Return to the same workspace, keep account access secure, and get help when you need it.

Sign in with the same provider and account

Your Sourceframe documents, saved runs, credits and history belong to the sign-in account you used to create the workspace. A different account or sign-in provider opens a separate workspace, even if its email looks similar. Use the account menu to check the signed-in email.

Can’t sign in to Google?

Start with Google account recovery. Sourceframe cannot change your Google password or restore a Google account. For a work or school account, your organization’s Google Workspace administrator may be able to help.

Use a Sourceframe recovery code

If you saved Sourceframe recovery codes before losing access, the account recovery flow can help you attach an account you now control through the original sign-in provider. It requires a fresh sign-in and an unused recovery code. Knowing the old email address alone is not enough.

If you can still sign in, prepare your recovery codes in account settings. Keep them offline and private.

Google says your organization blocked the app

A Google Workspace administrator can restrict third-party apps. Ask your administrator whether Sourceframe’s basic sign-in is allowed. Signing in requests name, email and Google identity only; it does not ask for Drive or Gmail access.

Choose documents from Google Drive

Use Connect Google Drive beside a document upload or in account settings. Approve the separate selected-file permission for the Google account you connect. Google-authenticated workspaces require the same Google identity; Microsoft-authenticated workspaces can explicitly connect a Google identity. After connecting, Choose from Google Drive opens the picker without another authorization step while the connection remains valid. Sourceframe refreshes access on the server; if Google expires or revokes the grant, use Reconnect Google Drive. Choose a PDF, Word document, text file or native Google Doc. Each imported copy must be nonempty and no larger than 5 MB. Native Google Docs are copied as Word files; folders, shortcuts, Sheets and Slides are not supported.

If Google blocks Drive access for your organization, ask your administrator about the selected-file permission or download an authorized copy and use local upload. Changing the Drive original does not change an imported copy. Disconnect in account settings to stop new retrieval, or remove Sourceframe's Google consent in Google account connections; use Sourceframe's deletion controls to remove copied content.

Microsoft sign-in and OneDrive

Microsoft support is enabled after Sourceframe’s app registration is configured. Use a commercial Microsoft work or school account. Personal Microsoft accounts and national-cloud organizations are not included in this first release. Microsoft and Google sign-in create separate workspaces even if their profile emails match. Connecting OneDrive to an existing workspace does not change its sign-in.

Use Connect Microsoft OneDrive in account settings or intake. Consent grants read access to your own OneDrive files, not just individual selections, plus encrypted offline token renewal. Sourceframe copies only the PDF, DOCX or TXT documents you choose, each up to 5 MB. It shows supported items from the first 100 folder entries. SharePoint libraries, Teams, shared folders and background synchronization are separate future work.

Your organization may require administrator approval or block the application. Ask its Microsoft 365 administrator; Sourceframe does not bypass firm policy. Use Reconnect when required. Disconnect removes local credentials immediately; remove Microsoft consent separately in My Apps or through your administrator. For Microsoft password recovery, contact that administrator.

Contact Sourceframe

Sourceframe is operated by Owen Cruise. Email owencruise1@gmail.com for account or service help. Include a brief description and the account email if relevant. Do not send passwords, session cookies, recovery codes, confidential documents or payment details.

Support may ask you to prove account control. An email request by itself does not authorize access to another account’s documents or transfer account ownership.
