Pilot terms
The terms for using Sourceframe’s document workspace.
Effective October 15, 2026
Sourceframe is operated by Owen Cruise, who can be contacted at owencruise1@gmail.com. These terms are between you and Owen Cruise for your use of Sourceframe.
Using Sourceframe
Sourceframe helps you compare documents, ask questions and check requirements using source-linked draft results. You may use the service only when you are authorized to accept these terms and to use the documents and information you provide. If you use it for an organization, confirm that you have permission to do so.
By using the workspace, you agree to these terms. The privacy notice explains the service’s current data handling. If you do not agree, do not submit content or use the workspace.
Accounts and access
Use a supported Google or Microsoft work account you control and keep account access and recovery codes secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Business-domain sign-in identifies an account; it does not by itself create an organization workspace, verify your authority to act for an organization or share information with your coworkers.
Sourceframe may limit or suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with applicable requirements. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, credit limits, account isolation or processing safeguards.
Your content
You keep your rights to the documents and other content you submit. You give Sourceframe and its service providers permission to process that content as needed to provide the requested features, including storage, parsing, OCR, source review and AI processing that you approve. Do not upload content if those operations would violate your obligations to its owner, a client or another person.
Do not use Sourceframe to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious content, compromise other accounts or disrupt the service.
Review every result
AI answers and extracted text can be incomplete or wrong. A source link helps you inspect an answer; it does not prove that the answer is correct, complete or suitable for a decision. Check the original documents, dates, amendments and context before relying on a result.
Sourceframe does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship. Qualified people remain responsible for legal, financial, employment and other consequential decisions. Do not use an automated draft as the sole basis for such a decision.
Credits and test plans
Credits measure the usage allowed by the current plan and are not money or a stored-value balance. The current subscription controls are a test simulator: choosing a plan does not create a paid subscription or make a charge. Allowances, models and pilot features may change. Any future paid offer will require separate pricing and payment terms before a real purchase.
Pilot availability and keeping copies
The service is an evolving pilot. Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and availability or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Temporary documents expire; saved runs have a limited retention period. Export records you need and maintain your own original documents.
Deleting a run or account affects active Sourceframe records according to the deletion flow and privacy notice. A deleted workspace cannot be restored. The sign-in identity used by a deleted account must wait 30 days before creating a new, empty Sourceframe account. Deletion does not remove copies already exported or guarantee immediate removal from all infrastructure backups.
