Recover your workspace
Use a saved Sourceframe recovery code, then confirm an account through the same sign-in provider.
This restores access to the existing Sourceframe account associated with the code. It does not recover your Google or Microsoft account or merge Sourceframe workspaces.
For Google accounts, start with Google account recovery and sign in normally. For Microsoft work accounts, ask your Microsoft 365 administrator.
Do not share codes with support. Completing recovery signs out existing Sourceframe sessions, disconnects cloud document connections and invalidates the remaining recovery kit. Create and save a new kit afterward.
